Today is day 6 of my diet. I was supposed to start January 1st, but I put it off for awhile. It is painful. I think the first couple weeks of any diet are the hardest. I'm very inpatient so I like to see results immediately. When I've been eating healthy and working out for 6 days and not seeing any changes, I get upset. It's ridiculous because I've been eating bad and not working out for months so why should I expect so much in a mere 6 days? haha. Oh diets.
LOVE the picture. It wasn't that gorgeous when I was there since it was winter. It is awesome!!! Good luck on the diet.
